BAR is a small-batch business specializing in handmade goat milk soap. All products are crafted with care using quality ingredients; however, due to the handmade nature of our items, variations in color, design, and scent may occur.

2. Product Use & Skin Sensitivity

Our soaps are made with skin-loving ingredients, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all skin types.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs

• BAR is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product availability issues.

4. Shipping

• BAR is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once shipped

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the personal care nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

6. Product Storage & Care

To extend the life of your soap:

• Keep bars dry between uses

• Use a draining soap dish

• Store unused bars in a cool, dry place

BAR is not responsible for product degradation due to improper storage.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, descriptions, and images are the property of BAR and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BAR shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree to use all products at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
